1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing luxeautosalon.com, you agree to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.

2. Service Estimates & Final Pricing

All quotes provided via the website or phone are preliminary estimates. Luxe Auto Salon reserves the right to modify the final price upon physical inspection of the vehicle. Additional charges may apply for:

  • Excessive pet hair, sand, or heavy staining.

  • Biohazards (mold, mildew, bodily fluids).

  • Additional paint correction required for Ceramic Coating performance.

3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for the cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment. Luxe Auto Salon reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee or retain a non-refundable deposit if notice is not provided within this timeframe.

4. Vehicle Contents & Liability

  • Personal Property: Customers are responsible for removing all personal belongings and valuables from the vehicle. Luxe Auto Salon is not responsible for any lost or damaged items left inside the vehicle.

  • Pre-existing Damage: Luxe Auto Salon is not liable for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, such as rock chips, failing clear coats, or loose interior trim.

  • Mechanical/Electrical: Luxe Auto Salon is not responsible for mechanical or electrical issues that may arise during or after service, provided standard industry cleaning protocols were followed.

5. Ceramic Coating & PPF Maintenance

Any longevity guarantees for Ceramic Coatings or Paint Protection Film (PPF) are strictly dependent on the customer following the provided maintenance schedule. Use of automated “touch” car washes or harsh chemicals by the customer may void any service warranties.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is due in full upon completion of the service. We accept major credit cards and [Insert other payment methods]. Failure to pay may result in a lien on the vehicle as permitted by Colorado law.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in El Paso County.
